Customer-specific confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to unrelated third parties except where authorized, required to provide the services, or required by law.
6. Market Data and Third-Party Information
The platform may incorporate information obtained from customers, market observations, public sources, commercial sources and other third-party data providers.
Frutawise takes reasonable measures to organize, validate and structure information used within its services. However, market information can change rapidly and third-party information may contain inaccuracies, omissions or delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
